Project Manager

DESCRIPTION: 

​

• Foxmango is looking for a Project Manager for the implementation of ambassador campaigns & brand activations

• You will be the main contact between the internal teams and our Belgian & international clients.  

• Overseeing every aspect of the project, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarising project progress are part of your daily routine.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL: 

​

• Ensure that the scope of the project is defined and that the client and internal teams are on board.

• Develop a detailed plan to monitor and control the progress of the project.

• Organise the schedule of the team members and ensure that deadlines are met.

• Anticipate risks and propose solutions when you encounter unforeseen circumstances.

• Provide clear and precise directions to the teams.

• Ensure the quality of deliverables before presenting them to the client.

• Communicate and maintain dialogue with the client on the progress of the project. 

• Monitor the performance of the project and propose solutions to exceed the set objectives.

• Work on clear reporting with a variety of recommendations for our clients.

THE REQUIRED PREREQUISITES ARE: 

 

• Able to manage multiple projects at the same time and extremely well organised.

• Good eye for details, proactive and able to adapt to different situations.

• Good and clear communication. Able to communicate in a clear and simple way, both in writing & orally.

• Stress-resistant.

• Great sense of customer/client service. 

• Fluency in English and French or Dutch. Another language is a plus.
